1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fuelint software, website, and related services. By accessing, registering, or subscribing to our cloud-based accounting platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a petrol pump business, firm, or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

Product Ownership: Fuelint is developed and operated by Nokk Tech Solutions. Tylect Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the authorized marketing and sales partner.

2. Account Registration and Access

To use Fuelint, you must create an account by providing complete and accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your credentials and credentials created for your staff.
• All activities and transactions occurring under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription, Trial and Payments

We offer our services under subscription plans (Annual, Triennial, Decennial) as described on our pricing page:

• Free Trial: We offer a 15-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during this period with no charge.
• Payments & Taxes: Subscription fees are payable in advance and are subject to GST where applicable. All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds unless required by law.
• Expiration & Read-Only Access: If your paid subscription expires, we provide read-only access to your records for 10 years, allowing you to view and export data.

4. Acceptable Use and Ownership

You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purpose. You own all text, data, transactions, and records that you input into the platform ("Your Content").

All rights, titles, and interests in the software, logos, templates, dashboards, and source code belong exclusively to Fuelint. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

Fuelint is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% platform uptime and perform automated backups, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or bulletproof.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuelint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational downtime.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of our corporate office.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any terms of this Agreement, fail to settle invoices, or engage in fraudulent activities on the platform.
